Deep Silver's Metro Exodus is getting a PC Enhanced Edition!
Metro Exodus is the third game in the series and takes Artyom on a continent-spanning adventure that takes place over a year!
It is the biggest, most ambitious Metro to date and it is about to get even better!
Below is everything we know about the Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition.
Release Date
As it stands, Deep Silver is keeping mum about the actual release date.
Rather than confirm it, they have opted to share that the PC Enhanced Edition of Metro Exodus is coming "later this Spring".

This means it could be coming anywhere between now and the end of May, in theory.

Enhanced Edition Improvements
In their announcement, Deep Silver is promising to bring a new level of detail to Metro Exodus with the PC Enhanced Edition.
" We have built an all-new Fully Ray Traced Lighting Pipeline that brings a number of optimizations, upgrades, and new features to the Ray Traced Global Illumination and Emissive Lighting that we pioneered with the original release of Metro Exodus, as well as an upgraded implementation of our powerful Temporal Reconstruction technology to further boost resolution, visual detail and performance. "
You might need to check if your rig can handle it, but the Metro Exodus PC Enhanced Edition promises to impress.

In addition to this, fans will be happy to know that the Mac version of Metro Exodus is coming in March and the Linux version is coming a little later in the year!
