Hogwarts Legacy is a game a lot of people have been waiting for - for a long time, too! Set in the 1800s, this is going to be an open-world game that lets you become a Wizard or Witch in the Wizarding World brought to life by the Harry Potter series and the more-recent Fantastic Beasts movies. When is Hogwarts Legacy coming out?
At the moment, all we know is that Hogwarts Legacy has been pushed back to a release date sometime in 2022. Here's what the team had to say earlier this year - in January...

When could we find out more information?
We could get something more specific from Portkey Games a lot sooner than you might think. PlayStation is hosting a State of Play presentation later today and it's all about updates from third-party games. Hogwarts Legacy fits the bill and the previous history between Hogwarts Legacy announcements and PlayStation would suggest that we'd learn more about it through them - if not Portkey Games themselves.
The State of Play presentation is due to start at the following times:

- 17:00 October 27th EST
- 22:00 October 27th BST
