Real Madrid and Barcelona will be out for revenge after Atletico Madrid won the Spanish title this season.
No players from outside La Liga's top three make our predicted top ten in FIFA 22, with Real Madrid producing half of the players.
Take a look at who we think will be La Liga's best on FIFA 22.
Lionel Messi (OVR 93)
The big question, will Lionel Messi remain the best player in FIFA 22?
We think so, as another drop in rating for the Argentine would be verging on scandalous after another prolific season.
Jan Oblak (OVR 91)
Once again we expect Jan Oblak to be the number one goalkeeper on the game with a rating in excess of 90 OVR.
Atletico Madrid's title win will only further his case, so a 91 OVR seems likely once more.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen (OVR 90)
German international Marc-Andre ter Stegen could be in for a drop in ratings, but we are expecting him to stay at 90 OVR.
Unable to compete at EURO 2020 due to injury, ter Stegen will not get another chance to impress before the new game arrives.
Thibaut Courtois (OVR 89)
Belgian giant Thibaut Courtois has come into his own since settling in at Real Madrid.
A key man in their defensive resiliance, Courtois will be battling it out with Oblak and ter Stegen for the top spot.
Sergio Ramos (OVR 89)
We are expecting Sergio Ramos to stay among the top centre-backs in the game next season.
Both him and Virgil van Dijk have had disrupted seasons, so it would be harsh to see their ratings drop too much.
Karim Benzema (OVR 89)
The goal-scoring burden rested largely on Karim Benzema's shoulders this season at Real Madrid.
Recalled to the French side for EURO 2020, Benzema could stake his claim for a 90 OVR if he has a good tournament.
Casemiro (OVR 88)
We don't see Casemiro retaining his place as the game's best CDM next season.
Surely N'Golo Kante will take that position, with Casemiro dropping down to an 88 OVR.
Toni Kroos (OVR 87)
Real Madrid's midfield trio is not getting any younger, and we could see a slight drop for all of them.
German maestro Toni Kroos will still be a classy ballplayer, but he could have an 87 OVR.
Luis Suarez (OVR 87)
Barcelona must surely regret letting Luis Suarez go after he fired Atletico Madrid to the title.
Suarez probably deserves an upgrade, but his age may see him maintain his 87 OVR.
Sergio Aguero (OVR 87)
We can't wait to see Sergio Aguero and Lionel Messi link up at Barcelona.
Injuries curtailed Aguero's final season in a City shirt, so we expect him to start FIFA 22 with a lower rating than we have come to expect.
