The EA Play early access trial for FIFA 22 is now live!
Providing you are an EA Play subscriber, you can head to your relevant store (depending on the console) and download the trial right now.
We now also have confirmation that the early access period will last for 10 hours.
Early Access
EA Play members will be some of the first to experience the new title, with a 10-hour trial starting Wednesday, 22 September.
EA Play Pro players will have full game access on the PC, also starting Wednesday, 22 September.
After that, people who pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition will have full access from Monday, 27 September, 4 days before the worldwide launch.
Try FIFA 22 for just 79p
Currently, you can buy EA Play for just 79p, which will allow you to test out FIFA 22.
It normally costs £3.99 a month for both Xbox and PlayStation consoles.
Xbox players can find the deal on the Microsoft stores on their consoles - or can add EA Play to their accounts right here.
It's a similar case for PlayStation players, but make sure you move for the "EA Play 1 Month Discount offer" as opposed to a one-month subscription.
Exclusive Content
During Early Access you’ll find the following content:
- An untradeable 80-84 OVR Player Pick and a 10 game loan Team of the Week (TOTW) player earned via special Early Access Objectives.
- Team of the Week #1 with boosted Items highlighting the best performing players from the previous week’s footballing action. Plus the first Featured TOTW Item of FUT 22. More on that later.
- A limited-time Early Access Live FUT Friendly where you can compete for pack rewards
There will also be an exclusive OTW Player SBC, only available during Early Access.
Make the most of your time
Our tip for making sure you make the best use of the 10-hour trial is to play as many games as possible.
Don't waste time opening lots of packs, doing SBC's or setting up multiple teams!
All that can be done on the FUT Web App, whereas actually playing games cannot.

Buy and sell players on the go in this easy-to-use app, as well as manage your squads. It can save you bags of time fiddling about in-game.
This will be launching for Web on Wednesday, 22 September, and then Mobile on Thursday, 23 September.
