Amongst the madness of the Team of the Season promo, EA has dropped two brand new Showdown SBC cards ahead of the UCL semi-final second leg between Chelsea and Real Madrid in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team.

Alonso & Mariano Showdown SBC cards
Spaniard Marcos Alonso and Real Madrid star Mariano Diaz are the latest players to receive Showdown SBC cards in FUT 21.
It must be noted that the Showdown SBC players have a possible chance of +2 OVR boost.
These two players have been selected from the upcoming UCL semi-final second leg between Chelsea and Real Madrid.
The player from the winning team on the night (not on aggregate) will receive a +2 OVR stats boost.
In the event of a draw, both items will receive a +1 OVR boost.
Both cards boast some awesome stats - Mariano's 92 pace, 91 shooting and 91 physical will guarantee goals in the Weekend League, while Alonso has all base stats above 84!

The Alonso and Mariano Showdown SBCs went live at 1pm ET / 6pm BST on Saturday, 1 May.
You have until 1pm ET / 6pm BST on Tuesday, 4 May to unlock them.

Alonso & Mariano Showdown SBC Cost
At release, Marcos Alonso's Showdown SBC cost is around 145,000 coins on PlayStation and 139,050 on Xbox.
While Mariano Diaz's Showdown SBC cost is around 139,000 coins on PlayStation and 137,600 on Xbox.
Are they worth it?
With both SBC cards coming in at under 150,000 coins, we can definitely justify you splashing out if you've got some spare coins in FUT 21, if one of the cards fits into your team.
If Marcos Alonso receives a +2 OVR upgrade his card will be an outstanding box-to-box centre mid as he has brilliant stats across the board.
Mariano's card is already brilliant with a Hunter Chemistry Style applied, so a rating boost would be a welcome bonus for his card.
