There are five objectives to complete to unlock 88-rated Asensio for your team, all in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece.

  • Win 15 matches using only LaLiga players in the Starting 11 in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece
  • Score 30 goals using LaLiga players in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece
  • Assist 20 goals using LaLiga players in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece
  • Score an Outside of the Box goal using LaLiga players in 4 separate matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece
  • Score a Finesse goal using LaLiga players in 6 separate matches in the Live FUT Friendly: Managerial Masterpiece

Marco Asensio Start Date & Expiry

LaLiga League Player Marco Asensio objective card went live at 1pm ET / 6pm GMT on Friday, 9 April.

EA has given us a whole 27 days to grind this one out!

So, you have until 1pm ET / 6pm GMT on Thursday, 6 May to unlock him.

Player Review

With the objectives pretty straight forward to complete, Marco Asensio is definitely worth unlocking, especially if you can fit him into your Ultimate Team!

EA has given the Spaniard a really nice weak foot upgrade, which leaves him with 4-star skill moves and 4-star weak foot.

It looks like Asensio's best position will be at CAM in the popular 4-2-3-1 formation with his 91 dribbling and 87 passing, or could even be used as a wide CM with his 87 stamina.

However, the Real Madrid man can be used anywhere in attack with the right chemistry style applied.

If you want to play him as a striker, a Hunter chemistry style will give him 99 acceleration and 99 sprint speed, along with 99 shot power and 95 finishing.

A Catalyst chemistry style would also provide you with a quality winger in the Weekend League.

As far as strong links to Asensio go, there are plenty to choose from.

The likes of Future Stars Ansu Fati, Headliner Karim Benzema and Record Breaker David Silva spring to mind!
