How to make a loan signing

The great thing about loan signings is that no transfer fee is required. We break down how to successfully sign a player on loan.

1. Search for the player in the Transfer Tab

Once you’ve found your desired player, add them to your transfer hub.

2. Find the player in your Transfer Hub and click ‘Approach to loan’

Once you’ve clicked ‘approach to loan’, you will enter transfer negotiations.

3. Decide on the length of the loan

You can decide between a short term, 1-year or 2-year loan.

4. Negotiate a Wage split

You can propose any percentage split of the player’s wage – if you agree upon a wage split, this will conclude a successful negotiation.

5. Await the email to confirm your loanee’s arrival

Once you’ve successfully negotiated the deal, you have to wait until the confirmation email that the player has agreed to join your club.

Now we’ve explained how to make a loan signing, let’s look at the best players available for loan on FIFA 20.
