Official release date for FIFA 22 is on its way

With some FIFA fanatics already fed up with FIFA 21 and the stresses of Ultimate Team's Weekend League, it's time we look towards EA's next title.

So, here's when you can expect to see the hotly-anticipated FIFA 22 officially released.

When is FIFA 22 coming out?

The official release date for FIFA 22 has not yet been confirmed, but we can have a pretty accurate guess as to when EA's popular title will drop.

EA will drop a Demo version of FIFA 22 prior to the release of the full game.

FIFA 22 will likely be released between Friday, 24 September and Friday, 8 October 2021, judging by the release in previous years.

The game is set to be released for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC Windows (Steam), Nintendo Switch and Google Stadia platforms.

How much will FIFA 22 cost?

Whilst the official price for FIFA 22 has not yet been confirmed, we have a pretty good idea of how much it will cost you.

Judging off of previous years, FIFA 22 Standard Edition will most likely cost between £54.99 and £59.99 on Xbox One, PS4 and PC in the Uk.

EA will also drop a Champions Edition, which will be around £20 / $28 more expensive than the standard edition.

The most expensive edition of FIFA 22 will be the Ultimate Edition, which is likely to be around £30 / $42 more expensive than the standard edition.
