WoW: Shadowlands launches later this month but was originally meant to be released last month.
27th October was its originally slated release date, but a four-week delay has pushed Shadowlands back to this month.
If you can't wait for Shadowlands, the pre-patch has already been live for some time now.
If you want to know exactly when the game will go live in your time zone, WoW's Twitter have helpfully provided this map. Depending on which hemisphere you're in, Shadowlands will either go live on the 23rd or 24th.
