Supreme has had a pretty busy fall so far, especially after the launch of its collaboration with Dickies, but things are about to get even busier with the release of the new Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 TL collection.
Four sneakers have been revealed in total which throw back to some of the best Air Max shoes from the past.
However, the shoes also feature some of Supreme's more modern signature design details like wavy text on the heels, reflective panels along the sides, plus its iconic box logo on the insoles to give the sneakers a more refreshed look.
As a result, we'd argue that the new Air Max 98 TLs are in the mix with some of the best Supreme collaborations of all time as they combine the retro style of '98 with a more modern-day feel ready for 2022.
With this in mind, here's everything we know about the debut of the Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 TL collection so far...
Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 TL Release Date
According to Supreme's Instagram as well as the brand's own news tab, the Air Max 98 TLs are out now as of 3 November 2022 (5 November in Japan).
That means they're available to buy, although we'd recommend acting fast as Supreme stock is usually limited and has been known to sell out pretty quickly in the past, especially when its a collaboration.
With the Air Max 98 TLs being a high-profile collaboration, we wouldn't be surprised if we saw much of the same here.
If you're still unsure whether or not the Air Max 98 TLs are for you though, then perhaps a closer look at their designs will help you decide...
Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 TL Designs
As touched on, four colourways have been revealed by Supreme in total, these being brown, white, pink, and black, all of which come with reflective panels along the sides and Supreme x Nike co-branding throughout.
First off, this brown synthetic leather and knitted mesh design features white Nike and Supreme branding on the tongues, heels, and side panels, and are complete with contrasting black interiors.
The shoes also feature full-length visible air bubbles to showcase one of the most defining features of the Air Max in all its glory.
Next up is a white iteration featuring grey accents and red Supreme x Nike branding on the tongues to match the insoles.
Red has been a staple of Supreme's designs ever since the brand debuted in 1994. Its iconic red and white box logo, for instance, is legendary and features on many of the best Supreme accessories as well as these sneakers.
A much brighter pink design has also been revealed in the collection, accented by similar grey co-branding and a yellow TL logo placed right in the centre of the heels as you might have spotted on the other three colourways as well.
Finally, Supreme has revealed an almost all-black design equipped with white Nike and Supreme branding yet again. The shoes also feature the same red insoles seen throughout to round off the design and the collaboration.
Supreme x Nike Air Max 98 TL Price
Although originally unknown, it's now been revealed that all four of the Air Max 98 TL colourways cost £148 in adult sizing as the shoes are now out.
As of right now, they're only available in adult sizing, with no word on whether smaller and presumably cheaper kid's sizes will be made available.
If you're still interested though, then here's where you can pick up a pair of the shoes.
