LATEST - PlayStation Pre-Load Now Live
We are less than 48 hours from the release of Saints Row which means anyone who has pre-ordered the game on PS4 or PS5 can now pre-load it on their console!
You'll need around 60GB of free space for the PS5 version, it's currently around 50GB for the PS4 version.
Saints Row Release Date & Time
Saints Row will be available to play on Tuesday, 23 August. The game was only revealed around one year ago during Gamescom 2021 but suffered a slight delay that pushed it into the second half of this year.
As for when exactly you can play Saints Row, we have some good news! Volition has opted for a Worldwide Midnight Release. This means that once the clock strikes midnight in your local time zone, the game will unlock.
Saints Row Pre-Load
You can pre-load Saints Row right now on Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. For PS4 and PS5 you'll have to wait until 48 hours before release.
Surprisingly, the only outlier to pre-load is the version on the Epic Game Store. Due to what has been described as a technical issue, you will only be able to start downloading the game once it's released.
You'll need around 50-60GB of free space on your chosen platform so be sure to tidy up your hard drive beforehand!
PC Specs
If you are one of the players who will be downloading Saints Row via the Epic Game Store, it's also worth doing one last check of the minimum and recommended specs.
Luckily, we have the minimum, recommended and high-end specs broken down in the above image. It's surprising how little is needed to run the game at ultra settings in comparison to some other modern games but we're just glad to know we can run it at all!
