RoboCop: Rogue City and a New Terminator Game Announced by Nacon

French video game and video game accessory publisher and developer Nacon has recently had their NaconConnect vent which gave viewers an insight into the various projects that are being worked on by their various teams. The most interesting of all, however? That would be RoboCop: Rogue City.

RoboCop is an IP that hasn't gotten much love in recent years with its last movie being the 2014 reboot of the franchise that got a reception that, while not bad by any means, wasn't that great either with many seeing its revival from the 80s as unnecessary.

Here is everything we know about the new game so far.

Robocop: Rogue City and a New Terminator Game Announced.

The revival of major 80s movie IPs in the form of video games has been quite popular in recent years with titles like Friday the 13th: The Game, Predator: Hunting Grounds and Evil Dead: The Game all finding various levels of success.

RoboCop: Rogue City sees the return of Peter Weller to the role both as a vocal performance and his likeness as the titular cybernetic police officer. The title is a first-person shooter set to release on PC, Xbox Series S|X and PS5 in June 2023 and is developed by Terminator: Resistance's Teyon.

Speaking of Terminator, there was also a teaser for a brand new game coming from that IP as well with an open world survival game set between Judgement Day and the rise of John Connor's Resistance. The title is currently unnamed and very little was shown about it other than a short cinematic teaser.
