Patta's unique take on the Nike Air Max 1 was one of the biggest hits of 2021; however, it seems as though the Dutch streetwear brand was holding off on releasing the fifth "Waves" colourway as early images of a new white rendition surface online.
Their upcoming arrival will see them join an array of new Air Max sneakers over the coming months, with the likes of Stüssy releasing "Fossil" Air Max 2015s later this year as well.
It's also perhaps a little unsurprising that Patta held back the white "Waves" colourway for a slightly later release as the Air Max 1 is currently celebrating its 35th Anniversary after debuting in 1987.
With that in mind, here's everything we know about the white Patta x Nike Air Max 1s so far...
When Is The Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Waves White Release Date?
Not a huge amount is known about the release of Patta's next Air Max 1 collaboration, with the only information so far being that they're likely to arrive at some point in 2022.
Interestingly, the previous four iterations were launched from October to December last year. While this may not be much to go off, it could give a slight hint as to when we might see the debut of the new white colourway in 2022.

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Waves White Design
The white rendition of the "Waves" Air Max 1s features a similar colour scheme as the one-of-one “Roman Forever” colourway revealed towards the end of last year.
Most of the uppers are made from a simple white leather to match the laces, although the 'waved' overlays just above the midsoles arrive in a slightly darker tone.
This is contrasted by hits of grey dressing the mesh base layers around the toebox, sides, and collars. As an aside, check out our guide on cleaning mesh sneakers right here.
A slightly lighter grey tone then features across the Swooshes down the sides as well as the tiny Nike logo around the forefoot areas.
The sneakers sit on top of off-white midsoles and are rounded off with Nike Air branding on the heels and the Patta logo on the tongue tabs to complete the collaboration.
Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Waves White Price
Much like the release date, nothing has been announced regarding the price of the white "Waves" Air Force 1s so far.
However, based on the previous four colourways, the sneakers will likely retail for somewhere around the $160 mark.
