After Nike official confirmed their arrival back in December 2021, we now have a detailed look at the Air Jordan 4 "Blank Canvas" colourway via the official images, leaving many fans wondering when we might see a release date announced for these sneakers.
It appears Nike has opted for an incredibly understated design, similar in many respects to the upcoming Jordan 1 "Inside Out" mid-top, to match their "Blank Canvas" moniker.
With that being said, here's everything we know so far about their upcoming release...
Air Jordan 4 Blank Canvas Release Date
It is currently expected that the "Blank Canvas" Jordan 4's will release on 22 February 2022.
However, it is unclear at this stage whether this will be pushed back due to the ongoing global shipping delays which have affected several recent Jordan drops.
It's also worth noting that this is scheduled to be a women's release, and it is unknown whether sizes will be extended.

Air Jordan 4 Blank Canvas Design
As the "Blank Canvas" name suggests, these Jordan 4's come with an incredibly simplistic upper dressed in a slightly off-white 'Sail' colour.
Interestingly, it appears Nike had abandoned the traditional nubuck and leather materials, opting for a mostly canvas construction instead to, once again, adhere to the clean slate-inspired aesthetic.
In fact, similar to the highly popular all-white Air Force 1's, these sneakers lend themselves to customisation given the lack of colour which is great if you want to add your own unique twists to the design.
Colour does feature on these sneakers though. Underfoot, you'll find paint-like blotches in red, blue, and yellow, aka the primary colours, to continue the canvas and customisation theme.
You'll also find red and orange Jumpman logos displayed on the insoles of these Jordan 4's, but that's as far as it goes in terms of colours featured on these sneakers.

According to recent reports, the "Blank Canvas" Jordan 4's will cost around $200 based on previous releases.
However, this may be subject to change once an official listing goes live at Nike.com.

As mentioned above, it's likely one of the first places these "Blank Canvas" sneakers will drop is at Nike.com under the Jordan or basketball subsection.
