Following its debut in 1985, the Air Jordan 1 has been remodeled and redesigned countless times over the years, however, the brand's new "Stage Haze" release looks to be a more stripped-back sneaker than previous outings.
The sneakers join a long list of new Jordan 1s released and rumoured to debut this year. For example, new "Voodoo" 1s are expected to launch after Zion Williamson debuted his signature "Voodoo" Zion 2s earlier this year.
We're focusing on the "Stage Haze" 1s in this article though. So, without further delay, here's everything we know so far...
Air Jordan 1 Stage Haze Release Date
The originally estimated release date for these Jordan 1s was 14 May 2022. However, later reports indicated the "Stage Haze" 1s were set to arrive on 2 July.
After much speculation, we can now confirm the "Stage Haze" colourway is out now after much anticipation.
Air Jordan 1 Stage Haze Design And Features
As previously mentioned, this Jordan 1 looks set to be a more refined sneaker, where the only real colour present is the pink Nike Air logo on the tongue.
The rest of the upper is washed in a combination of white, black overlays, and grey fog along the heel in the typical Jordan 1 blocking pattern.
Where the "Stage Haze" differs from the norm is with the materials used. While the white base is made from standard leather, the grey heel is made from suede while the black overlays contrast the white with their cracked leather design.
Underfoot, you get the stereotypical white Jordan 1 midsole which encapsulates Nike's Air technology for added cushioning and support and, therefore, finalises the look of this new colourway.
Air Jordan 1 Stage Haze Price
The "Stage Haze" 1s retail for $180 in adult sizing, making them a touch more expensive than some of the most recent Jordan 1 releases.
