More NBA 2K22 ratings have been revealed and there are a few players that continue to see their overall ratings drop.
One of these players is Damian Lillard who has seen a couple of drops so far. The question is, are these drops justified?
Let's talk about the drop in Lillard's NBA 2K22 ratings and other players who joined him.
NBA 2K22 Ratings: Lillard's rating drops AGAIN
Lillard has had a tough start to the NBA season and his NBA 2K22 rating has suffered because of it.
When NBA 2K22 was first released, Lillard had an overall rating of 94 OVR, one of the best in the game. He's now fallen all the way to 90 OVR, losing four points since the launch of the game.
However, even with his struggles, he's averaging over twenty points per game and is eighth in the NBA in assists per game. It just doesn't seem fair that his rating continues to fall so drastically.
They also just beat one of the best teams in the Eastern Conference, someone needs to take a closer look at Lillard's NBA 2K22 ratings.
Other Players who have taken a hit
Lillard isn't the only player who has taken a significant hit to their NBA 2K22 ratings. It also isn't the first time we've felt players were dealt a bad hand.
The most recent NBA 2K22 roster update handed out a lot of -2's and -3's to players that we feel should get a second look in the next NBA 2K22 roster update.
Here are some other players we feel deserve a second look in NBA 2K22:
- Jrue Holiday - 83 OVR (-2)
- Kemba Walker - 80 OVR (-3)
- Terry Rozier III - 79 OVR (-2)
- Serge Ibaka - 76 OVR (-3)
- Danilo Gallinari - 76 OVR (-3)
Could another NBA 2K22 roster update drop soon?
Last week, we mentioned that Steph Curry was snubbed in the previous roster update. It wasn't very long after that this roster update was released.
They could be following the same format as Madden 22, where a roster update is released each week and NBA 2K22 ratings are adjusted based on performance.
Hopefully, we'll see another roster update on November 25th, 2021.
