Paging all the dominating Power Forwards and Centers in NBA 2K22, there has been a recent update to an NBA 2K22 Badge that you'll want to get your hands on.
The Badge we're referring to is the Intimidator Badge and it's going to take your big-man MyPLAYER to the next level.
Let's take a look at the changes to the NBA 2K22 Badge and why you should equip it ASAP.
NBA 2K22 Badge Update for Intimidator
The latest change to this NBA 2K22 badge involves covering more ground as an intimidating big man. Per 2K Labs, this is one of the most underused Badges in NBA 2K22.
If your main focus is being a great defender on the inside, you'll need to equip this Badge as soon as possible because of this update.
Here is the description from NBA 2K22 for the Intimidator Badge changes:
- Adjusted the Intimidator badge to apply to jump shots in addition to dunks and layups
Let's go over what this means for NBA 2K22 players who have it equipped and for players that don't, why you should equip it immediately.
What this update means for you
For players that already have this NBA 2K22 Badge equipped, you'll now be able to use your Intimidator talents against jump shots as well.
For those of you that forgot, this is the description for the Intimidator Badge:
"Offensive players have less success shooting when contested by players with this badge. Also boosts the shot defense ratings when tightly guarding an opponent."
If you're a defensive player, this will make it much easier for you to be a dominant force. Now it won't matter whether an opponent takes a shot from the perimeter, mid-range, or inside, they'll get a penalty for the shot. Our Perimeter Lockdown and Paint Beast builds will love this NBA 2K22 Badge.
