NBA 2K19: Chicago Bulls Player Ratings and Roster

After a near abysmal year of play, the Chicago Bulls ranked at 28 out of 30 teams in the NBA, barely resting above the Kings and Suns. They hope to do better this season through a lineup of hopefuls after last year's performance.

Starting Lineup

Kris Dunn, PG (OVR 78) 

Age: 24

Height: 6’4”

Traits: Two-Way Point

Best Attributes: Steals, Ball Handling, Vertical

Although he played a few games less than others during his 2018 season, Kris hopes to shine in his guard position. Although he averaged a somewhat respectable 13.4 points on average last season, he had a below average of .429 FG%, as well as 6.0 assists averaged. Hopefully his 2019 season will be stronger.

Zach LaVine, SG (OVR 80) 

Age: 23

Height: 6’5”

Traits: Aggressive Scorer

Best Attributes: Vertical, Stamina, Ball Handling

With an overall rating of 80, LaVine’s first season on the Chicago Bulls saw poor showing after putting up strong numbers in the past. with FG% of .383 while still averaging 16.7 points per game, one could only hope that he will be a part of the team this year, as he only averaged 3.0 assists last season.

Jabari Parker, SF (OVR 81) 

Age: 23

Height: 6’8”

Traits: Inside-Outside Star

Best Attributes: Stamina, Vertical, Layups

Coming from the Milwaukee Bucks, Jabari Parker is one of the stronger members of the starting lineup. Not exactly one of the better performers, he comes to the Bulls holding just a 12.6 point average per game, and 1.9 assists averaged. He does have a somewhat decent 4.9 rebounds averaged per game, with most of those on the defensive side, but it is yet to be seen if he will have a spotlight performance like his 2016-2017 season.

Lauri Markkanen, PF (OVR 82) 

Age: 21

Height: 7’0”

Traits: Faceup Four

Best Attributes: Layups, 3pt, Post Offense

One of the younger members on the Bulls lineup, Lauri is slated to be a key member on the squad. Averaging 15.2 points per game, as well as 7.5 rebounds, he was able to do this even though he has been below a .500 FG%. Many see him as the hopeful with his strong 3pt shooting ability.

Bobby Portis, C (OVR 79) 

Age: 23

Height: 6’11”

Traits: Rebounding Scoring machine

Best Attributes: Layups, Rebounding, Post Offense

Surprisingly shorter than most centers in the league at 6’11”, Bobby Portis rounds out the Bulls’ lineup. Not one to be scoffed at, he holds a .471 FG%, and 13.2 points averaged as well. He holds a strong 6.8 average for total rebounds, with 4.6 of those on the defensive side but don’t expect an all-star performance.
