With only 39 seasons so far, they have had 21 playoff appearances, with 1 full championship to their name. They’ve also produced many strong players, including the great Dirk Nowitzki.

If you want to know dedication to an organization, look no further than Dirk Nowitzki. With one of the longest careers in the NBA, he has never left the Mavericks’ roster lineup, and has continuously been able to prove himself as a talent. Throughout his entire career, he’s been able to hold an impressive 21.0 points per game, along with a solid 7.6 rebounds per game, while still having a decent 2.4 assists per game to top it off.

Rolando Blackman, SG (88)

Height: 6’6”

Traits: All-Around Superstar

Best Attributes: Layups, Mid-Range, Stamina

Although he ended his career with the Knicks, Rolando Blackman played 11 seasons with the Mavericks, and what a career those seasons were. Averaging a solid 19.2 points per game, he also held a 3.2 assists per game and 3.6 rebounds per game. This made him a fairly all-around player that could fill any hole when necessary.

Mark Aguirre, SF/PF (88)

Traits: All-Around Superstar

Best Stats: Post Offense, Strength, Layups

One of the top scorers of the Mavericks’ bench when he was playing for them, Mark Aguirre definitely made his presence known whenever he’d play. During his 8 seasons with the Mavericks, he was able to average 24.6 points per game, as well as 3.8 assists per game. He also was able to top it off with a 5.7 rebounds per game, making him pretty solid even if he missed on an off day.

Jim Jackson, SG (88)

Traits: All-Around Superstar

Best Stats: Stamina, layups, Mid-Range

Jim Jackson was passed around more than a hot potato after his first prime years. But, for a decent chunk of his career, he played for the Mavericks and was able to push it to the limit. During his 5 years with them, he held a 19.6 points per game average, along with 3.8 assists per game. He also had 4.9 rebounds per game, again solidifying an all-around player to play alongside Dirk.

Jason Terry, PG/SG (88)

Height: 6’2”

Traits: Offensive Superstar

Best Stats: Mid-Range, 3PT, Ball Handling

Jason Terry played 619 of his 1410 games with the Mavericks, making him pretty strong when it comes to his time on the roster. Over the 8 seasons he played with them, he held a 16.1 point average per game, as well as 4.1 assists per game. What made him a bit different is he was able to maintain 1.2 steals per game as well, and was part of the ‘10-’11 NBA championship roster.
