Los Angeles (28-26) fell to 1-1 on their seven-game road trip that is broken up by the All-Star break after a 112-98 defeat at Philadelphia on Saturday night. Lou Williams scored 23 points off the bench and Danilo Gallinari added 22 for the Clippers, who lost for the first time in four games since trading away Blake Griffin.

The Clippers struggled in transition defense, allowing a season-worst 33 points. That was partially due to their poor 3-point shooting, making just eight of 32 from long range as the misses allowed Philadelphia to run out repeatedly for easy baskets.

Los Angeles conclude the first portion of this road swing Wednesday at Boston, then resume their travels against conference foes Golden State, Phoenix and Denver after All-Star weekend.

The Nets (19-38) have lost five straight and nine of ten overall after a 138-128 double-overtime loss to New Orleans on Saturday. Allen Crabbe hit a career-high eight 3-pointers and Brooklyn matched a franchise record with 21 trifectas as they rallied from 28 down in the second half before being unable to stop Anthony Davis in the second extra period finally caught up with them.

Spencer Dinwiddie added 24 points and ten assists while D'Angelo Russell chipped in 21 points off the bench for Brooklyn, who have won 16 of their last 18 at home against Los Angeles dating back to when the franchise was located in New Jersey.
