Nike has revealed the second colourway for Zion Williamson in the form of the Jordan Zion 2 "Hope Diamond" despite the New Orleans Pelicans star missing the entire 2021/22 NBA season.
The new design is reminiscent of some of the best Jordan 2 colourways of all time thanks to the sneaker's retro aesthetic and psychedelic details.
With that said, here's everything we know so far about the upcoming Jordan Zion 2 release...
Jordan Zion 2 Hope Diamond Release Date
After rumours of their arrival in July began circulating, it was subsequently revealed by Nike that the "Hope Diamond" colourway would launch on 30 June.
That means the sneakers are out now if you're looking to secure your pair.
Jordan Zion 2 Hope Diamond Design
After early images of the sneakers emerged, Nike has now officially released pictures of the "Hope Diamond" colourway, revealing a detailed look at the retro design.
The sneakers appear to be predominately constructed out of white leather, particularly towards the front of the shoes, while the backs feature a psychedelic, multicoloured pattern that wraps around the tongues, collar, and heel counters.
The shoes also feature 90s-style forefeet straps tagged with Zoom Air branding to highlight the additional cushioning incorporated into the midsoles.
You can then find Williamson's logo and initials engraved into the outsoles as well as on the tongues to round off the signature design.
Jordan Zion 2 Hope Diamond Price
The "Hope Diamon" Zion 2s retail for $140 in adult sizing, and $85 in GS sizes.
Where To Buy Jordan Zion 2 Hope Diamond
The first place we'd recommend checking for these Zion 2s in stock is the Nike store under the Jordan, basketball, or new releases subsections.
Alternatively, check out the resale market at StockX if your initial attempt at purchasing a pair on release day is unsuccessful.
