BREAKING - Ghost Of Ikishima Is Story DLC, Features In Ghost Of Tsushima: Directors Cut
Sony have confirmed that Ghost Of Tsushima will receive the Director's Cut treatment alongside Death Stranding.
As part of the Director's Cut, the Iki Island DLC will be added. This is believed to be where the Ghost of Ikishima rumours started.
It turns out it will not be a standalone experience and instead a smaller experience added onto the main game.
The Director's Cut will be available on 20 August 2021 and is available for pre-order on PS4 and PS5.
Ghost of Ikishima Release Date
All that has been revealed so far is a release year, which is 2021. This means that despite Ghost of Tsushima having released less than a year ago, a standalone sequel could already be well on its way to release.
Some have noted that the size of the game should be considered comparable to Spider-Man: Miles Morales. So perhaps a smaller experience overall in a similar style of game world. This would still be an incredible turnaround for such a product.

State Of Play Leaks
It has also been leaked that God of War: Ragnarok is set to headline the next Sony State of Play event. It has been suggested that gameplay will be shown of the game which was delayed into 2022.
A big surprise announcement is also slated for the event but this being closely guarded even by the insiders who suggested its existence.
It's not often that an announcement like this is known but kept quiet. Maybe with all the hype surrounding the Abandoned situation on PS5, Sony are ready to roll out a massive surprise to keep fans happy.
