Start Time

The Final Fantasy 7 Remake Orchestra World Tour Tokyo show is due to start at 5 pm JST on February 13th.

This means that it will begin at 3 am EST on February 13th and 8 am GMT on February 13th.

" Experience all-new symphonic arrangements, including the Final Fantasy VII Remake theme song "Hollow", the latest original composition from Nobuo Uematsu, performed by an orchestra and chorus of over 100 musicians, led by Grammy Award-winning conductor Arnie Roth."

Even before the official announcement that we were getting new Final Fantasy 7 Remake information alongside the Orchestra World Tour's Tokyo performance, rumours have been rife among the community.

Although the Nintendo Switch seems to be out of the discussions, questions as to whether the game is coming to Xbox consoles and PC are rife.

Part 2 Announcement?

With all that being said, could we be looking at a Final Fantasy 7 Remake Part 2 announcement? It isn't outside of the realms of possibility as we know that the game is in development as we speak.

Director Tetsuya Nomura confirmed that development was in full swing by November 2019, and Square Enix President Yosuke Matsuda confirmed that any slight delays in the production of Part 1 would not impact the timeline they had in mind during a Q&A.

That being said, we haven't heard a whole lot more information regarding Part 2.

In December 2020, Square Enix's Yoshinori Kitase mentioned that development was going well, but that's about it.
