The Team of the Season (TOTS) campaign is the centre of attention in FUT 23 right now but we are looking beyond the current game and ahead to what FIFA 24 has to offer.
Some drastic changes will be coming to Ultimate Team, including the introduction of female players to EA's most popular game mode.
Some traditions will remain, though, and the popular Ones to Watch (OTW) promo will no doubt be the first of many in FUT 24.
With transfer rumours surrounding some of the biggest names in world football now circulating, we could be in for some incredible Ones to Watch cards this year.
Check out who we think could be included in the FUT 24 Ones to Watch promo and what their cards could look like below.
Ones to Watch
Ones to Watch cards have been a regular feature in the past few Ultimate Team seasons.
If the FUT 24 promo is anything like what we have seen in recent editions then it will be the first set of special items to hit the new game.
The players included in the OTW campaign are selected from the top summer transfers in the real world of football.
The selected players are then given dynamic ratings that increase with every selection in Team of the Week as well as on a 'wins to watch' basis.
Jude Bellingham (Borussia Dortmund -> Real Madrid)
It seems Spanish giants Real Madrid have secured the signature of the most sought-after midfielder in world football, Jude Bellingham.
The 19-year-old English sensation is reportedly set to make the switch from Germany to Spain, passing up on the chance to play in the Premier League for now.
Declan Rice (West Ham -> Arsenal)
Bellingham's England international midfield teammate Declan Rice could be the subject of one of the highest-profile switches this summer.
A host of Premier League clubs are said to be interested in the West Ham centre-mid, valued at over £100 million, with Arsenal currently leading the race for the 24-year-old's signature.
Lionel Messi (PSG -> Barcelona)
The greatest player of all time Lionel Messi could be set to make a historic return to his beloved club, Barcelona in the summer of 2023.
Barca have regained their La Liga crown after a summer of heavy investment and Polish striker Robert Lewandowski has called for the club to re-sign the Argentine legend in the coming months.
Harry Kane (Tottenham Hotspur -> Manchester United)
England skipper Harry Kane has had yet another sensational season. The world-class striker has netted 28 goals in the 2022/23 Premier League campaign in a mediocre Spurs side.
Kane seems destined for a move this summer, with Erik ten Hag's developing Manchester United team in desperate need of an out-and-out number nine.
Christopher Nkunku (RB Leipzig -> Chelsea)
There is no need for speculation with this transfer. Chelsea have sealed the signing of RB Leipzig's French forward Christopher Nkunku.
The talented forward, who is incredibly overpowered in Ultimate Team, is set to join Mauricio Pochettino's Blues this summer.
FIFA 24
With the FIFA 23 game cycle in a bit of a lull right now, fans are beginning to wonder when the next title in the series will be released.
Well, it's important to understand that FIFA as we know it will not be named 'FIFA 24'. Instead, it will now be named 'EA Sports FC', following the well-documented split between FIFA and EA Sports after ongoing licensee fee issues
So, we're not looking forward to a FIFA 24 release date but now an 'EA Sports FC' release date - the title of EA's new footballing sim, set to arrive in 2023.
We expect to see an EA Sports FC release date of around Friday, 29 September 2023, in keeping with the FIFA titles that have gone before.
