Juventus and eFootball's exclusive license deal is coming to an end, meaning Italy's Old Lady will now be available to be officially licensed in other games such as Football Manager and FIFA.
Juventus' inclusion in eFootball was a big draw for many players and the fact they are no longer exclusive to the game represents a big blow for Konami.
Whilst this is disappointing for eFootball moving forward, fans can breathe a sigh of relief that Juventus won't actually be departing the game.
According to Konami's statement, Juventus will remain in eFootball on both console and mobile versions.

As mentioned before, a number of licenses are set to switch in FIFA 23, with another Italian giant - AC Milan - signing up with Konami.
The return of Juventus could leave Italian football in a weird place in FIFA 23, with a fair mix of licensed and un-licensed sides.
Either way, the return of Italy's Old Lady will be a huge boost for FIFA 23, with the Italian giants being a great miss for many years.

Monza becomes the latest Italian club to make the move to eFootball, following in the footsteps of clubs like Juventus and AC Milan.
Monza were promoted from Serie B this season to Italy's top division, and eFootball acted fast in order to secure an exclusive deal with the club.
It remains to be seen how this will affect the club's status in FIFA 23, but we'd expect unlicensed kits and names to feature for AC Monza.
