Another week, another round of performances worthy of the FIFA 22 TOTW.
As we get further into the season, there are some surprising results popping up all over the place! What isn't surprising is some of the names on our radar for the FIFA 22 TOTW in Week 21.
Raheem Sterling
Sterling is starting to come to life in the 21-22 season after earning the Premier League POTM award for January. His fantastic form hasn't slowed down as he bagged himself a hat-trick against hapless Norwich on Saturday evening.
It won't be Sterling's first TOTW appearance in FIFA 22 and we're not expecting it to be his last either. Manchester City are well on their way to another Premier League title as things stand and Sterling has contributed in a big way.
Dani Olmo
Dani Olmo is coming off the back of an Honourable Mention for TOTY and put in a TOTW worthy performance for RB Leipzig this week. The attacking midfielder found himself on the scoresheet while also assisting a goal too.
After facing a ton of injury issues this season, he'll be glad to finally be featuring for Leipzig on a regular basis and getting his first goal and assist of the season. He'll surely be on the radar of many teams in the summer as he continues to feature for the Spanish national team and his contract ends in 2024.
Mario Hermoso
Talk about a dramatic game! Athletico fought to a hard-earned 4-3 victory over Getafe and things were made much harder thanks to a Felipe red card on 58 minutes. This forced Athletico into defensive substitutions as Luis Suarez was pulled for Mario Hermoso.
Valiant defending ensured that Athletico Madrid was able to keep the game at 3-3 until the dying embers of the game. This is when Mario Hermoso stepped up and converted an athletic overhead kick after a free-kick caused havoc in the Getafe penalty area.
