You're never going to find the best 90+ player imaginable in the weekly Silver Stars Objectives, but this week brings another solid budget option.
As a centre attacking midfielder, you won't want TOTS Moments Fábio Vieira focusing on Defending in literally any way.
Despite his low 74 OVR rating, he's got a fairly broad set of solid ratings elsewhere including a 90 in Shot Power, Agility, and Short Passing.
Vieira has also got 80+ ratings for all his Dribbling stats, and the same for all Passing and Shooting stats with the exception of a 70 in Volleys and 75 in Free Kick Accuracy.
