Release Date
The first May Player of the Month nominees were released last week, with seven La Liga players shortlisted for the award.
The Premier League nominees have followed this week, and you can have your say on who wins the award here.
Sadio Mane
Liverpool finished the season strong with five consecutive wins in May, resulting in qualification for next season’s Champions League.
Senegalese forward Sadio Mane has admitted himself that he struggled this season, however, three goals and two assists this month shows signs of his best form.
Alisson
Liverpool were excellent in May and Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson was a key part of their success.
Not only was Alisson in top form between the sticks, but he also scored against West Brom to claim three valuable points for the Reds.
Gareth Bale
Welsh winger Gareth Bale has not featured all that regularly this season but he has still managed 11 Premier League goals in his 20 appearances, with just half of those in the starting XI.
Bale scored five times in May, including a final day brace against Leicester to secure a place in the first ever Europa Conference League for Spurs.
Nicolas Pepe
A terrific end to the season for Nicolas Pepe saw him score five goals in three appearances, with his brace against Brighton on the final day nothing short of sensational.
Pepe has shown glimpses of what he is capable of, and if he can produce this kind of form consistently then he will significantly improve this Arsenal side.
Rodrigo
Spanish forward Rodrigo appears to have found his feet in the Premier League after netting four goals in the final four games of the season.
Rodrigo also added an assist as Leeds ended their first season back in the top flight with four consecutive victories.
Aaron Ramsdale
It has been a tough season for Aaron Ramsdale and Sheffield United, but they finished the season with two wins from their last three games.
Clean sheets against Everton and Burnley ensured 1-0 victories and a nomination for Player of the Month for Ramsdale.
Christian Benteke
Giant Belgian striker Christian Benteke hit form in May with a goal in four consecutive appearances.
Benteke's great run took his tally into double figures for the season for the first time since 2016/17.
Joe Willock
Newcastle will be desperate to keep Joe Willock after the on-loan Arsenal midfielder scored in seven consecutive appearances.
Four goals in four matches this month puts Willock among the favourites for Player of the Month.
