2018-19 Season

Son came back to Spurs late in the 2018-19 season, thanks to his international duty in South Korea. Despite the disruptions to his season he, hit crazy form scoring 12 goals in 10 games, leading some pundits to argue that he’s one of the best out and out wingers in the league.

Towards the end of the season, Spurs came up against
Manchester City in the quarter-finals of the Champions League. Son put in a shift
and helped to win the game for Spurs, scoring a brilliant goal in the 80th
minute.

After a quiet summer and being suspended for the first three games of the season, Son returned to football duty against their rivals Arsenal, earning his team a penalty and an important point away from home. He also scored two sensational goals against Palace on the weekend.

Son deputised in attack when Harry Kane as injured last season

In his own words, "I don't care where I play. The main
thing is I'm in the game. I can play as a second striker or behind. Whatever
the coach says, I'll do. I don't have a favourite position. I'll be anywhere
and always on the throttle."

Son's explosive pace and positional sense are also his greatest
strengths. He is known for his close control,  clinical finishing and ability to take on
