- Quick Answer: Highly recommended as an entry point for future multi-chain upgrades. Top candidates include Antonio Nusa (TOTW), Kouadio Koné, Denise O'Sullivan, Eduardo Camavinga, and Jean-Mattéo Bahoya.
Strings of Fate is a free Evolution for midfielders in FC 27. It's less restrictive than other Evolutions released so far and offers a nice boost compared to most.
Upgraded players still won't make your starting XI, but you can plan for future chains around this. Below, we list the best players to invest in long-term for Evolutions.
Best Players For Strings of Fate Evolution in FC 27
The five standout players for Strings of Fate Evolution are:
- Antonio Nusa (Team of the Week)
- Kouadio Koné (Gold)
- Denise O'Sullivan (Gold)
- Eduardo Camavinga (Gold)
- Jean-Mattéo Bahoya (Gold)
Because there aren't many restrictions, you don't have to strictly do the upgrade on players who primarily play as proper midfielders. LMs, RMs, and CAMs can also benefit from the passing, physical, and dribbling boost.
Antonio Nusa leads our list for that very reason. He has poor passing but excellent pace and a good selection of PlayStyles. A +9 boost in passing is pretty substantial for just +2 overall.
Koné is another standout. The Frenchmen have three attributes in the 70s and remaining in the 80s. Build him right, and he'll be part of the Gullit Gang soon. At 6'1", he is flexible enough to be suited for both defensive and offensive roles.
Denise is also similar to Koné but has a much larger and better selection of PlayStyles already. She is harder to link, however.
