They won't dictate the card's strength as much, especially as there can only be a maximum of 3 PS+ per card.
You'll have to make sure those three slots have the best possible combination in the endgame and when you build through Evolutions.

Below are the top two PlayStyles+ for every position in FC 27.
An ideal player will have at least one of them listed as PS+ and the rest can be base versions. Obviously, as the power curve progresses, they'd need more PS+ to remain relevant.
Attackers
