The January transfer window is already picking up pace despite opening just over a week ago, and several big names are expected to be on the move!
With over 19,000 fully licensed players in FC 24, there are likely going to be many familiar faces joining new clubs between now and February. Speculation is mounting over several stars, including those who are popular among Ultimate Team and Career Mode fans.
With that said, we've listed a number of FC 24 players who will - or could - find themselves wearing new colours in the coming months. So, without further ado, let's dive in!
Eight FC 24 stars in transfer mix
Compared to the Summer, the January transfer window tends to be a lot quieter, with most clubs in need of emergency reinforcements due to injuries or a poor run of form. Regardless, it can still get very busy, and it's no stranger to big money moves.
With several clubs looking to fill gaps and strengthen their squads for the second half of the season, January 2024 is set to be no different and could even turn out to be one of the most expensive yet.
The question is, who will be going where? Well, let's take a look!
Jadon Sancho
An 87 OVR made him one of the highest-rated players in FIFA 21, but things couldn't look much different for Jadon Sancho today.
Now 81 rated in FC 24, It's safe to say things haven't gone to plan for Sancho since he made the £73 million switch from Borussia Dortmund to Manchester United back in 2021. A lack of game time and a seemingly unrepairable relationship with manager Erik ten Hag looks to have spelt the end of his United career.
Still only 23, however, there's a lot of talent and potential to work with, and Dortmund will be hoping to reap the rewards after re-signing him on a six-month loan.
Radu Dragusin
Former Juventus centre-back Radu Dragusin represents one of the first big moves this month after joining Tottenham Hotspur for a reported £25 million.
71-rated Dragusin caught the eye with several impressive performances for Serie A side Genoa this season and has now been rewarded with a move to the Premier League.
Spurs currently have a lengthy injury list which includes Cristian Romero and Ben Davies, so it's no surprise that a new defender was a priority for Ange Postecoglou. Meanwhile, Eric Dier has left Spurs to join Bayern Munich, who were also chasing Dragusin.
Jordan Henderson
Despite switching Liverpool for Al-Ettifaq last summer, England international Jordan Henderson could be packing his bags again just a few months later.
The 33-year-old already wants to leave Saudi Arabia after struggling to settle, according to the Daily Mail, who add that Henderson would welcome a return to the Premier League.
Transfer guru Fabrizio Romano is reporting that Henderson, who is 80-rated in FC 24, is attracting concrete interest from Dutch giants Ajax as the player waits for a new opportunity in the coming weeks.
Ivan Toney
He may not be available in FC 24 at the moment, but Ivan Toney will quite literally be back in the game very soon.
The Brentford striker was banned from all football-related activities for eight months back in May last year after breaching betting rules, but can return to action from 16 January.
His return is set to be an eventful one, however, with Arsenal and Chelsea both showing strong interest as they look to bolster their firepower. It will be interesting to see if his OVR is any different when he returns to FC 24, having been 80-rated in FIFA 23.
Amadou Onana
One of the most surprising transfers of the January window could involve Everton's Amadou Onana, who is being heavily linked with a move to Arsenal.
The Gunners are believed to have shown an interest in Onana since his Lille days and even considered an approach last year, but with Everton needing to raise funds, this month could present the perfect opportunity for Mikel Arteta to get his man.
Onana is 76-rated with 82 potential in FC 24, but those numbers will likely rise in future Squad Updates following the midfielder's impressive start to the season.
Kalvin Phillips
Another big money move which just hasn't worked out. Kalvin Phillips joined Manchester City from Leeds in 2022 for around £45 million but has failed to stamp down a regular place in Pep Guardiola's side, making just 31 appearances since his arrival.
Injuries haven't helped Phillips along the way, but it seems like his time with the treble winners will soon be coming to an end. Phillips' recent struggles are reflected in his FC 24 rating, which has gone from 81 down to 78 since FIFA 22.
Juventus, PSG, Newcastle, Crystal Palace, and Fulham all appear to be contenders for his signature, so it looks like he'll have plenty of options should he depart the Etihad.
Miguel Gutierrez
We'll be pretty shocked if any Career Mode players out there aren't familiar with Miguel Gutierrez, considering he's one of the best young full-backs in FC 24!
In fact, his overall rating of 77 probably doesn't justify just how good he's been for Girona, who currently find themselves second in La Liga and level on points with Real Madrid.
His impressive contribution has again caught the attention of several Premier League clubs, including Arsenal as they look to add further depth to their backline. Possessing great talent and potential, he'd certainly be an exciting addition to the English top flight.
Martin Zubimendi
Currently one of the best midfielders in La Liga and a great option for Career Mode saves, Martin Zubimendi could soon be switching San Sebastien for north London.
A Spanish midfielder with decent passing, defensive, and composure stats in FC 24, it's no surprise to hear Mikel Arteta is a fan!
Zubimendi has been linked with Arsenal for the last couple of transfer windows now, and with Thomas Partey set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines, it may be a link which eventually comes to fruition if a move for the aforementioned Onana is ruled out.
