Mediatonic has revealed today that the Xbox and Nintendo Switch versions of Fall Guys have been delayed.
The new versions were initially set to release in 'Summer 2021' but the studio now plans for the game to "launch on these platforms as quickly as possible."
Fall Guys Switch & Xbox Delay
In a blog post on their official website, Mediatonic said: "With so many new opportunities now in our hands, we've realised that our previously announced Summer 2021 Switch and Xbox release schedule is unfortunately just too soon for us to include all of the tasty new features we're working on."
They did confirm, however, that this delay gives the studio time to work on things like crossplay, which will hopefully be a feature by the time the Xbox and Switch versions launch.
