FC 24 is here, and fans all over the world are playing the newest title from EA!
Whether it's making a bursting run down the wing to then cross it to the man in the middle, or cutting inside and whipping a fabulous finesse shot into the top corner, RWs are a pivotal part of any Career Mode team in EA FC 24.
The perfect winger will need a combination of youth and experience in order to grow into one of the best in the world, and with the added features of Training Plans and Coaching Staff, pressure to become a champion will only increase.
So let's get stuck into the best RWs for your Career Mode Save!
What makes a good RW in FC 24 Career Mode?
Arguably the most important attribute for a RW is pace. Being able to break away from your opponent with ease is crucial, but then having the ability to find a cross or the back of the net is another attribute needed.
A low centre of gravity allows for your winger to trick their way past defenders to get into those golden spaces to create an opportunity, so agility is also key when it comes to playing out wide.
Another factor to think about is a left-footed player playing out on the right. Being able to cut inside and get a shot away is a useful weapon to have in your attacking arsenal. Also cutting back to play an in swinging cross into the corridor of uncertainty is vital to keep your strikers scoring.
Best RWs in Career Mode
To clarify, this list will not contain any Icons or Heroes from Ultimate Team, as these players are not available in Career Mode.
We will also be looking at the 10 best young right-wingers, however, this is not to be confused with the best wonderkids in EA FC 24, which has been covered in a separate piece.
Mohamed Salah (OVR 89)
The Egyptian King, Mo Salah continues to impress season upon season for Liverpool. Despite interest from overseas, Salah remains in the Premier League. For now.
Despite finishing in fifth place in a relatively underwhelming season, Salah was a shining light for the Merseyside club, scoring 19 goals and assisting 12 times in the Premier League mostly cutting in from the right-hand side. Undoubtedly one of the best Premier League players, Salah's speed and agility, mixed with his wand of a left foot make him a valuable asset to your Career Mode save.
Ousmane Dembele (OVR 86)
Constant injuries meant it never quite happened for Dembele at Barcelona, but a move to France should be the fresh start he needs. His incredible pace and dribbling will see him past most left backs, before he cuts inside to cause trouble for the central defenders too.
Dembele is also a known trickster, so put his flair to good use to make life even more difficult for the fullbacks. His shooting attribute may need some work to make him a useful inside-forward but don't sleep on Dembele as one of the best options on the right.
Bukayo Saka (OVR 86)
England and Arsenal's golden boy. Bukayo Saka keeps improving each year and is still at the start of his career. Another left-footer, Saka is quick, nimble, and loves to cut in from the wing to shoot. If that's not enough, as one of the designated penalty takers for Arsenal he can step up to the spot if needed.
Saka has been known for his versatility in the past, but play him in his best position out on the right and you'll reap the rewards fast. Combine him with an overlapping right back to open the space and Saka will tear the opposition apart.
Domenico Berardi (OVR 85)
A late bloomer, Berardi is a legend at Sassuolo. Averaging a goal every three games in Serie A shows how important Berardi can be to any attack, especially when cutting inside onto his stronger left foot.
At 29, Berardi isn't going to develop a huge amount, but for managers looking for an experienced winger to reinvigorate their attack, he's your man. He's also a useful dribbler with strong stamina, being able to keep hold of the ball when needed.
Rodrygo (OVR 85)
Rodrygo is often overlooked in the Real Madrid attack, but he's just as dangerous as his compatriot on the other flank. His ability to get down the line and whip in dangerous crosses was vital to Real Madrid's attack last season, and there's no reason that'll change this year.
He's also a potent goal scorer, with his 10 Champions League goals in the past two seasons helping the Galacticos sail through on numerous occasions. Add in his 17-goal contributions in the league last season and Rodrygo is deserving of his upgrade. His pace, agility, and finish make for a perfect winger and on the cheaper side than some of the others above him.

Best RW Wonderkids in FC 24 Career Mode
Now we will look at the best RW options for Career Mode, who may not be starters straight away but have the potential to grow into one of the best wingers in the world.
The following list will consist of players 21 or below:
Michael Olise (78 OVR / 84 POT)
Crystal Palace's Michael Olise hit double digits for assists in the Premier League last season. Now imagine that in a club fighting for Europe! Olise is a left-footed right winger who can cut in and shoot, or deliver a killer pass. He is also very good at free kicks, although EA doesn't think so.
Noni Madueke (77 OVR / 85 POT)
Noni Madueke is an explosive RW player with loads of pace and technical ability. He plays for Chelsea however, which is difficult because they have 100 players fighting for the RW role especially. A move away could be beneficial for his career, so why not replicate it in your Career Mode save?
Bradley Barcola (76 OVR / 84 POT)
Bradley Barcola is the latest French wonderkid to emerge from Ligue 1, joining PSG from Lyon this summer. He has the ability to play anywhere across the front line. He might be available for a loan in the first season, or purchase in the second campaign.
Johan Bakayoko (75 OVR / 86 POT)
PSV's Johan Bakayoko caught the eye of many big clubs this summer but chose to stay at PSV for an opportunity to play Champions League football. At just 20 years old, the Belgian winger looks very promising and received a huge upgrade from FIFA 23. We highly recommend Johan Bakayoko!
Liel Abada (74 OVR / 82 POT)
Liel Abada currently plays at RW for Celtic and earned his stripes under Ange Postecoglou. With 15 goal contributions in the Scottish Premiership last year, Abada could be ready for a step up. However, with Celtic Park now added as a new stadium in FC 24, a Celtic save might also be fun!
