A new week is here, which means a new EA FC 25 TOTW squad is on the horizon. This week's squad is highly anticipated, as fans belive EA FC 25 TOTW 22 will be able to deliver a great team, something we desperately need from the promo.
The last TOTW squads have been subpar, to say the least, and fans are hoping TOTW 22 can turn that around. For that to happen, EA FC 25 TOTW 22 will need to select the players with the best performances this past gameweek and not leave big names out of the promo, as it usually happens.
EA FC 25 TOTW 22 Predictions
Just like in TOTW 21, many fantastic players can make their way into EA FC 25 TOTW 22. We had incredible performances all across the world this past gameweek, including some world-class players.
Unfortunately, players are constantly getting snubbed from TOTW squads even when they score a hat-trick, as was the case for Dembele and Chris Wood in TOTW 21.
For TOTW 22 to be a great squad and have a chance at reviving the promo, EA FC 25 can't leave big names out of it, otherwise, this can turn into a very forgettable EA FC 25 TOTW squad.
Dembele - PSG
For some unknown reason, at least to us the fans, Dembele was left out of TOTW 21 after a hat-trick versus Brest. Well, the PSG superstar scored a brace against Monaco adding another fantastic performance to his 2024-2025 season resume.
Dembele needs to be in EA FC 25 TOTW 22, otherwise, this promo will lose all the the credibility it has left. I understand you don't want to flood the market with cards from the same player, but when someone is playing this well they need to be on the TOTW.
Retegui - Atalanta
With four goals against Verona, Retegui has his name written in TOTW 22 and there isn't any logical explanation for why he shouldn't be in.
Retegui's performance against Verona was phenomenal and the Italian centre midfielder continues to showcase why he's one of the best in the world at his position. With 20 goals in 22 games for Serie A Enilive, if Atalanta clinches the title he might take home the Serie A player of the year award.
Kean - Fiorentina
Retegui wasn't the only one to shine in the Serie A Enilive last gameweek, as his compatriot Moises Kean scored two goals in Fiorentina's 3-0 demolition of Inter Milan.
Kean has been one of the best strikers in Serie A Enilive this season and is currently in fantastic form, with four goals in his past five games.
Xavi Simons - RB Leipzig
The Netherlands star had a great performance versus St. Pauli, with a goal and an assist in the 2-0 victory. Simons is having a good season so far and is one of the main reasons the RB Leipzig top four hopes are alive.
It seems that Xavi Simons is the catalyst for this RB Leipzig squad, when he's playing well the whole team follows, and that was showcased in this past weekend's win.
