Saying that recent EA FC 25 TOTW squads have been poor would be an understatement. The promo has become almost irrelevant since TOTY was introduced, and it needs a really good squad to capture the player's attention once again.
TOTW 21 has the chance to do just that. The TOTY promo was replaced by Future Stars, and plenty of world-class players had fantastic performances in the last gameweek, so TOTW 21 has the chance to introduce an astonishing squad and reclaim the spotlight.
TOTW 21 Predictions
There are many great players eligible for TOTW 21, and to be honest, TOTW 21 needs all of them for it to be a somewhat relevant promo. The introduction of two PlayStyles+ to TOTW cards, at least the best ones, would also massively help the promo.

TOTW 20, like most previous squads, failed to impress or even gather a decent amount of attention. So, it's time EA FC 25 makes TOTW relevant once again, and that starts by featuring the players below in TOTW 21.
Mohamed Salah - Liverpool
The 'Egyptian King' continued his fabulous form against Bournemouth, scoring a brace that gave 'The Reds' the three points and inflicted Bournemouth their first home loss in five games.
Salah's performances have been nothing short of amazing this year, and the Liverpool winger is making a serious case for a Ballon d'Or win.
Ousmane Dembele - PSG
It seems Ousmane Dembele has reached his final form, as the French winger can't stop scoring and is silencing a lot of his doubters in the process. Dembele scored yet another hat-trick, this time versus Brest, playing a huge role in the PSG win.
Dembele is clearly becoming the face of this PSG squad, and after this incredible performance, it would be a crime if he didn't feature in TOTW 21.
Chris Wood - Nottingham Forest
The breakout star of this 2024-2025 Premier League season, Chris Wood, delivered another astonishing performance, with a hat-trick on Nottingham Forest's 7-0 demolition of Brighton.
If a hat-trick doesn't get you on the TOTW squad then I don't know what does. Furthermore, this was a very important victory for Forest, as it helped them bounce back from the 5-0 defeat they suffered at the hands of Bournemouth and kept their Champions League dreams very much alive.
Krzysztof Piatek - Basaksehir
In a game that was expected to be a very close one, Krzysztof Piatek decided to take matters into his own hands a score a hat-trick, playing the key role in Basaksehir's 4-0 win against Samsunspor.
This win keeps the top four dream alive for the Istambul team and sees them bounce back after a hurtful 5-4 defeat at the hands of Alanyaspor.
