Team 2 of the Fantasy FC promo is coming to Ultimate Team very soon, and during the time it will be live, eleven special cards will arrive at EA FC 25, some coming via SBCs while others as objectives.
Most cards are from the Fantasy FC promo, but there is also one card from the World Tour promo and at least one POTM card. In the Fantasy FC promo cards, two Icon cards stand out and are arguably the best cards of the bunch.

According to reliable leaks, the eleven special cards coming to Ultimate Team soon are: Bergkamp Fantasy FC Icon, Rolfo Fantasy FC, Kolo Muani Fantasy FC, Raphinha World Tour, Cole Fantasy FC Icon, Gallagher Fantasy FC, Aguerd Fantasy FC, Brand Fantasy FC, Theate Fantasy FC, Feller Fantasy FC, and Sancet LALIGA EA SPORTS POTM.

Bergkamp and Raphinha are clearly the two best cards, and both are expected to arrive at EA FC 25 Ultimate Team via SBC. They are followed closely by Rolfo and Kolo Muani, which are also two fantastic cards.
Raphinha's attributes are truly amazing, with the Barcelona superstar having 96 pace, 88 shooting, 87 passing, 93 dribbling, 61 defending, and 80 physicality.
With attributes like this, and also great PlayStyles, Raphinha World Tour is a meta card that will most likely cost an exorbitant amount, but that is a spectacular addition to any squad.
Cole, Bergkamp, and Rolfo can also be considered meta cards. The remaining cards, while great, aren't good enough to be put in that elite category. Despite that, they are still solid additions to most teams.
