Reliable leakers have just revealed the full EA FC 25 TOTW 23 squad. These leaks confirmed the promo will introduce many great cards, and that this is the best TOTW squad in a long time.
The EA FC 25 TOTW 23 squad includes a handful of fantastic cards. Unfortunately, there are two huge snubs, as Marmoush and Antony, who had astonishing performances, didn't make the squad.
Despite that, this is still a good TOTW squad and is certainly a step in the right direction to make fans care about the promo again.

According to leaks, Diani headlines TOTW 23 having a card with fantastic attributes and great PlayStyles. Unfortunately, it doesn't have two PlayStyles+, which is a huge disadvantage at this point in the game, and prevents it from being considered a meta card.
There are other stand-out players, such as Ederson, Minamino, James, Beerensteyn, and Tah. These cards have great attributes, and while they aren't better than TOTY or the recent Grassroot Greats card, they are still solid additions to most squads.
As in all TOTW squads, there isn't a shortage of fodder cards. But compared with previous TOTW squads, this one is not that bad and some fodder cards are usable if you have a Liga Portugal or Sky Bet Championship squad.
All in all, TOTW 23 brings good cards and is a solid promo. It's definitely a step in the revitalization of this promo, which has been forgotten by EA FC recently, to the disappointment of fans.
