First seen at the "The Existence of Flowers" SS22 Tokoyo show, the COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus x Nike Air Max Sunder has now been revealed in more detail by Dover Street Market, one of the brand's official retailers, ahead of their release.
Originally introduced in 1999, the Air Max Sunder is one of Nike's more unique models with its laceless lock-in system.
However, COMME des GARÇONS is no stranger to collaborating on more obscure sneakers. For instance, the brand is due to debut new Nike Terminators, a silhouette that has been rarely seen since its debut in 1985.

According to Dover Street Market, the Air Max Sunders are available now, having launched on 21 July 2022 at 11am BST.
We'd recommend acting fast though to secure your pair before they sell out, especially as the two brands are incredibly popular and highly sought after.
COMME des GARÇONS Homme Plus x Nike Air Max Sunder Design
Three colourways have been revealed by Dover Street Market and have been photographed by Ari Marcopolous as seen below.
The first colourway shown is this all-black offering made from premium neoprene and nubuck according to the listing.
The sneakers also feature the Air Max Sunder's signature zip-up lock-in system rather than laces, and subtle Nike branding along the lateral and medial sides.
The second colourway is almost the exact opposite of the all-black variation, arriving in white instead with hints of what appears to be black across the branding and outsoles.
The final iteration sees the two colourways merge as the sneakers feature white uppers and midsoles, but also black accents across the mudguards, outsoles, tongues, and inner lining.

Although we were originally unsure how much these Air Max Sunders would cost, we can now confirm that all three colourways retail for £280 in adult sizing.
