First revealed via Instagram, Edison Chen's CLOT brand is back teaming with Nike for a new Air Jordan Delta 2 collaborative release.

The shoes feature a design that pays homage to Chen's favourite and best Air Jordans of all time, the "Flint" 13s, which have been deconstructed and reassembled upon the Delta 2s futuristic silhouette.

As a result, the sneakers feature several of the Jordan 13s iconic details like the imprinted mesh uppers and the infamous holographic hangtag as a nod to the rich history of Michael Jordan's signature sneaker brand.

How do the CLOT Delta 2s compare to their inspiration though? On the surface it would seem pretty well... here's everything we know about the sneakers so far...

CLOT x Air Jordan Delta 2 Release Date

The sneakers are out now following a worldwide release on 2 September 2022 as officially confirmed by CLOT.

A three-piece collection of matching apparel has also dropped alongside the sneakers, including a coordinated navy and flint grey jacket, pants, and, to complete the look, a dark blue beanie.

CLOT x Air Jordan Delta 2 Design

As touched on, the CLOT Delta 2s have been inspired by the "Flint" 13s and the original Delta 2s released in April last year.

As a result, the sneakers feature a white, navy, and flint grey colour scheme complete with reflective mesh dimples and embroidered CLOT branding.

More specifically, white leather is used to construct the toe boxes, eyestays, tongues, and heels, while dark blue tones accent the co-branded elements on the tongues and the heel tabs.

Grey nubuck panels then feature with Michael Jordan's infamous #23 jersey number, accented by the inclusion of a CLOT-branded hangtag donning the iconic Jordan 13 hologram.

The colour scheme then extends to the React foam midsoles to give a slightly more futuristic appeal as seen in the introductory video below.

Ultimately, the design closely resembles the inspiration behind the shoes; however, CLOT brings the retro aesthetic to the 21st Century with its innovative Delta 2 silhouette.

CLOT x Air Jordan Delta 2 Price

Official coverage of the Delta 2s confirms their retail price as $160 in adult sizing.

Adult sizes range from US 4 all the way to a US 12 if you're interested in picking up a pair.
