Leaked images have surfaced of what appears to be a new Chelsea 2022 Pre-Match Kit, and you'll no doubt be wondering when exactly will the release date be for this special edition shirt.
The design is actually rumoured to be a celebration of Chelsea's Champions League win over Bayern Munich as we approach the 10th Anniversary.
While it's not confirmed, this could suggest this kit will be worn during Chelsea's warm-up for their next Champions League fixture against Lille.

Chelsea 2022 Pre-Match Kit Leaks And Design
The leaked images, first unveiled by Footy Headlines, show what appears to be the long-rumoured Chelsea fourth kit for the 2021/22 season.
However, the design is now said to be used as a pre-match shirt instead, and offers a slight tonal shift from Chelsea's traditional blue colours.
In fact, this pre-match shirt appears to be dressed in a much darker, striped blue, which is then contrasted by the entirely gold Nike Swoosh, sponsor, and Chelsea badge, all things which are currently white on the matchday kit.
On the subject of the badge, it would appear Nike has altered it entirely to feature a gold lion, which differentiates itself from the standard blue lion included on the regular home kit.
It's also worth pointing out the subtle geometric patterns contained within the darker blue stripes, something that has very much been a feature of Nike's Chelsea kits this year.
