NBA 2K23 Trailer First Look
The NBA 2K23 trailer came up quickly and took a lot of players by surprise. One thing we weren't expecting was the focus being on Michael Jordan.
However, once NBA 2K tweeted that it wouldn't be 2K23 without the "23" it made a lot more sense that Jordan would take center stage.
It wasn't a huge reveal and it didn't feature actual gameplay but you have to admit that it looks pretty great right now.
There is also a new NBA 2K23 trailer featuring the Standard Edition cover athlete Devin Booker right here.
NBA 2K23 Release Date
There weren't any delays last year when NBA 2K22 was released, so that's very good news. We don't expect there to be any trouble when it comes to the release date of NBA 2K23 either.
The release date for NBA 2K23 is September 9, 2022. This lines up with the same time as NBA 2K22 was released last year.
We're currently in Season 8 of NBA 2K22 and more reveals surrounding NBA 2K23 are incoming. This includes a content schedule for August which will give us our first gameplay NBA 2K23 trailer.
Let's take a look at some potential gameplay changes coming to next gen and current gen platforms that could be on the way.
Content Schedule Released
We've got more coming in terms of an NBA 2K23 trailer with the gameplay reveal that will happen in August.
It seems as if NBA 2K is planning on holding onto all of its content until next month. This pretty much is what they did last year as well.
As you can see from the image above, the Jordan Challenge is coming back in NBA 2K23 and we'll likely get a glimpse of it soon.

Devin Booker Trailer
If you haven't heard, Devin Booker is one of the many cover athletes in the game and he received his own NBA 2K23 trailer.
The trailer isn't very long and there isn't any gameplay but it was a lot of fun to see a new trailer.
As we get to watch more of these, what we're really hoping for is a gameplay NBA 2K23 trailer. The content reveal in August should showcase the latest gameplay fixes.
