However, what we're most interested in is the changes to the game modes such as Clutch Time and Triple Threat. You can see a bit of those changes below.
Revealed by Josh Giddey, NBA 2K23 MyTEAM is going to add a ton of features to some of your favorite game modes. For example, Triple Threat will have an online co-op edition.

Clutch Time receives Single Player
Once NBA 2K23 MyTEAM releases, you'll be able to play Clutch Time in single player mode which is a massive upgrade.
This will give you the chance to test out your squads before taking them online. The goal remains the same, win ten games without losing three in a row to earn rewards.
There will likely be separate rewards for the single player version of Clutch Time in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM but it should be more than enough to help your team.
The introduction of no Contracts also makes it easier to play multiple games in each more without worrying about your contracts expiring.
Triple Threat Online Co-Op
The most notable upgrade to Triple Threat is the introduction of Triple Threat Online Co-Op, allowing you to team up with your friends.
You'll be able to team up in NBA 2K23 MyTEAM with your friends and earn rewards the entire way. You can also play 3v3 games for bragging rights.
It's also important to note that “The 100” has been removed and replaced by the 10-game or 3-loss run format from 2K20 & 2K21.
Compete on The Rooftop against the NBA 2K23 MyTEAM Community for exclusive Ball Drop rewards in these 3v3 games to 21.
Other great news is that the single player Triple Threat mode will also come back. Next gen players will also be able to set matchups and change key defensive settings On-The-Fly during Triple Threat games.
