On top of all this, there's also going to be a few new reveals too!

We have everything you need to know about the Square Enix Presents digital-direct presentation below.

LATEST - How To Watch

The inaugural Square Enix Presents direct-digital event takes place on March 18th, 2021, at 13:00 ET / 17:00 GMT.

It's slated to be roughly 40 minutes long, but how do you even watch it?

Thankfully, like most live-streams nowadays, it'll be available on both Twitch and YouTube.

We've also embedded the video below so you can stay and watch it here, too!

Life Is Strange, Outriders, Marvel's Avengers, Balan Wonderworld, Tomb Raider, and more are all expected to feature.

Balan Wonderworld Day One Update

In January, Nintendo Switch owners could download the Balan Wonderworld Demo and give the new 3D platformer a try before it launches on March 26th.

However, there was a lot wrong with this game and a lot of fans were left less than impressed.

This has prompted Square Enix to work on a Day One patch and we're pretty confident that we'll be seeing a little bit more about this in today's Square Enix Presents later today.

Below, we have the official word on the Day One Patch below:

Staying true to the nature of Balan Wonderworld, I would like for us to follow in the footsteps of the enigmatic maestro, Balan, and find balance within our own heart. Especially when it comes to addressing feedback that we’ve received from our demo

There’s been a wide range of opinions and responses to the demo, and unfortunately at the current stage of development, it simply isn't feasible to reflect every piece of feedback into the game. However, to offer you all a more balanced gameplay experience, we will be implementing a day one patch for the full game

WONDERWORLD - Balan Wonderworld is a cheerful game, that's for sure!
Specifically, this patch will adjust movement controls, camera movement, and rebalancing of the difficulty. There's just over a week left until launch now, so I hope you all enjoy the world of Wonderworld to your heart's content!

Start Time

The Square Enix Presents digital-direct presentation is due to start at 13:00 ET / 17:00 GMT on March 18th, 2021.

The Spring 2021 Square Enix Presents is being hosted by the iconic Matthew Mercer and will reportedly feature around 40 minutes of trailers and announcements.

Below, you can see the announcement tweet that details what we'll be seeing throughout the presentation:

As you can see, it looks to be a pretty packed presentation. We're going to go through a few of the specifics below, though.

New Life Is Strange Game

Although it isn't perfect, Life is Strange is a game series worth talking about. It's an episodic, narrative-driven title in the vein of a Telltale title that features fantastic character development and "bold" subject matter that is often seen as taboo in the industry.

With both Life is Strange (2015) and Life is Strange 2 (2019) featuring different characters, powers, and a unique narrative, it isn't surprising that the next Life is Strange title is going to feature a brand new story.

Although we don't know too much about what's in store, the new Life Is Strange title looks to be one of the headlining announcements of the Square Enix Presents presentation and it will be worth tuning in for.

Tomb Raider Collection Release

Although Square Enix is still keeping quiet about what they're planning to celebrate Tomb Raider's 25th Anniversary, it seems like we all know for sure what's coming.

And, no. We're not talking about Lara Croft in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6!

There have been a few leaks recently regarding a "Definitive Survivor" remake trilogy of the three most-recent Tomb Raider titles and it seems that it's just an inevitability as to when Square Enix announces it.

You can see the tweet below from Industry Commentator Nibel that appears to show that the Tomb Raider: Definitive Survivor Trilogy is showing up on bot the Playstation Store and the Microsoft Store.

Although this trilogy doesn't appear to be a dedicated Next-Gen remaster, it will feature improved graphics and performance.

This isn't to say that we won't get any more information about upcoming Tomb Raider projects from Square Enix later, we just know this one is a "dead cert", as they say.

Outriders Roadmap?

Outriders might not be out just yet but that isn't stopping Square Enix from talking about it.

Recently, we got the news that Outriders was launching on Xbox's Game Pass subscription, so mentioning that again at Square Enix Presents wouldn't make too much sense.

That being said, could we be seeing some sort of Roadmap from Square Enix later today?

Much like Destiny 2, Anthem, and Marvel's Avengers, Outriders appears to be a "live service" title. This means that a roadmap of future content is something fans are desperate for in order to show that the title has some longevity before putting hours into the title.

OUTRIDERS - There is a lot of excitement about this title, are you looking forward to it?

Of course, people should play a game for fun but many were left disheartened by the cancellation of Anthem Next by EA after putting so much time into the title.

We can imagine Square Enix want to avoid this at any cost, especially given that Outriders isn't out until April 1st.

Marvel's Avengers Content Update?

With Marvel's Avengers' Operation Hawkeye: Future Imperfect AND Next-Gen release coming later today, we're not fully sure on what to expect from Square Enix at Square Enix Presents regarding this title.

For a game that is being shipped as a live service title, there is a glaring lapse in information about what's to come so we fully expect to see something about what's in store for the future.

Of course, Square Enix would be cautious as to not spoil the "ending" to Operation Hawkeye: Future Imperfect. So, could we be seeing something to do with Spider-Man and his Marvel's Avengers debut?

One of the big selling points for Marvel's Avengers on PlayStation platforms was that PS4 players would get Spider-Man exclusively in the future.

AVENGERS - There is a bright future ahead of Marvel's Avengers, we just need Square Enix to share it with us

Without that, though, we wouldn't know that he's coming. There has been no mention of him from Square Enix since launch.

Although it isn't directly comparable, Destiny 2 has a rough roadmap for the next two years outlined and many fans are hoping Square Enix will take a page out of Bungie's book and give them hope for the future of Marvel's Avengers.

Only time will tell what we could see, but we do know that both Captain Marvel and Black Panther are reportedly coming to the game at some point.

Additional Information

In addition to these titles, Square Enix Presents is also going to reveal more information about Just Cause: Mobile and Balan Wonderland.

Just Cause: Mobile hasn't got a release date just yet so we can imagine that will be the announcement regarding this title.

However, as for Balan Wonderland, we're not sure what to expect. There have been recent rumblings of a Day One Patch and what to expect, so perhaps Square Enix will be using this opportunity to discuss this in more detail.

On top of all of this, we know that there will be more information on "new Square Enix Montreal games" coming during the presentation.

A NEW MOBILE GAME? - Square Enix could be teasing another "Go" title

Square Enix Montreal is known for its development of Lara Croft Go, Hitman Go, and Deux Ex Go.

Does this mean a new mobile puzzle game is in the works based on an iconic Square Enix IP? It seems very likely.
