We are still barreling through 2022 and as we make near the end of September, there are still plenty of games set for release this year, even with Hogwarts Legacy's recent delay into 2023! As of right now, it's some big titles have locked themselves in for Q3/Q4 releases, saving the year from becoming a bit unremarkable.
Gamescom 2022, a Sony State of Play and Nintendo Direct also brought the announcement of some exciting new games but they are mostly due for release in 2023.
