Madden 22 Ultimate Team is moving fast, and Team of the Week is a huge part of that.
And with Week 3 of the NFL season coming to a close, it's already time for another Madden 22 Team of the Week lineup.
Here's when TOTW 3 will release and who we expect to make the cut!
Madden 22 Ultimate Team: MUT TOTW 3 Release Date
The reveals of the MUT 22 TOTW have been consistent so far and players are happy to finally feel like they're in the loop.
The consistency means we should expect the release date for the Week 3 Team of the Week to be at the same time as last week. If you haven't had the chance to review the prior Team of the Week in Madden 22, follow this link!
The reveals over the last two weeks have landed at 7pm ET / 6pm CT on Monday, September 27, with a subsequent reveal of the week's LTD and POTW as soon as fifteen minutes later.
Players should keep their eyes on Good Morning Madden on Twitch to hear all the players revealed for the Madden 22 TOTW 3.
After those reveals the cards should go live in Madden 22 Ultimate Team just after 4pm ET / 3pm CT.
Player of the Week 3 (POTW) - Matthew Stafford
When considering a potential Player of the Week for Madden 22, there are a few players worth the honor. However, none of them quite had the remarkable game that Matthew Stafford had in Week 3.
Not only did Matthew Stafford throw for 343 yards 4 touchdowns and 0 interceptions. He finished the game with a 134.0 passer rating against the reigning Super Bowl Champions.
He led the Los Angeles Rams to a 34-24 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and is worthy of POTW for MUT 22.
Team of the Week LTD - A.J. Green (2015)
An incredible candidate for the Team of the Week LTD could be former Cincinnati Bengal and current Arizona Cardinals wide receiver A.J. Green In Week 3 of the 2015 season A.J. Green torched the Baltimore Ravens defense, netting 10 receptions 227 yards and 2 touchdowns.
He was a huge part of the Bengals offense for a long time, but this was a career-high game for him in Week 3. We anticipate A.J. Green will be the Team of the Week LTD for Week 3.
TOTW 3 Offensive and Defensive Heroes Prediction
Offensive and defensive heroes usually span over the course of NFL history, although they're hard to predict, we won't shy away from trying.
Madden 22 has a lot of legendary Week 3 performers to choose from, but here's who we think they'll choose for the Team of the Week 3 Offensive and Defensive Heroes.
Offensive Hero - LaDanian Tomlinson, San Diego Chargers, 2005
There aren't many running backs out there quite as dominant as LaDanian Tomlinson was in his prime. One of his most memorable games was against the Eli Manning-led New York Giants in Week 3 of the 2005 season.
LaDanian Tomlinson ran all over the Giants defense amassing 192 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns. The Chargers went on to win the game 45-23 and we can't think of a better Madden 22 Offensive Hero for TOTW 3.
Defensive Hero - Tyrann Mathieu, Arizona Cardinals, 2015
Nicknamed "The Honey Badger" Tyrann Mathieu has been known throughout his career to give offenses nightmares. No more so than the 2015 San Francisco 49ers.
Mathieu finished the game with 5 tackles 2 interceptions (one of which was returned for a touchdown) and the Cardinals won the game 47-7.
TOTW 3 - Other Player Upgrade Predictions
The remaining group is three players on both sides of the ball that will get recognized in Madden Ultimate Team for their amazing performances in Week 3.
Offense: Kirk Cousins, Davante Adams, Peyton Barber
The competition is tough this week but we can't imagine that Davante Adams doesn't find himself on the MUT 22 TOTW. He had 12 receptions 132 yards and a touchdown.
Peyton Barber was no slouch either, he ran for 111 yards and a touchdown. Kirk Cousins led his team to their first win, throwing for 323 yards and 3 touchdowns.
Defense: Logan Wilson, Byron Murphy, Marshon Lattimore
Logan Wilson was a terror in Week 3 and should definitely find himself among the TOTW 3 after 14 tackles and 2 interceptions.
Byron Murphy was part of the forceful Arizona Cardinal defense and picked off Trevor Lawrence twice, with one being returned for a touchdown. Marshon Lattimore also knabbed himself an interception and 10 tackles.
