Instead of focusing on additions and changes to already-existing systems and features like Phase One's Talent System and HUD revamps, Phase Two of the pre-patch will look to add content, giving players something to do as well as having them prepare for the new expansion.

WoW Dragonflight Pre Patch Phase Two Content

When it comes to its content, Phase Two of the pre patch comes with tons of things to do. This includes the Dracthyr, and its race-specific class, the Evoker, the starting zone for that new race and class, the Forbidden Reach, a new dungeon, Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr, and kick off the pre-patch's official event, Primal Storms.

Dracthyr Race, Evoker Class

The Dracthyr and its race-specific class, the Evoker, will become playable during Phase Two of the pre patch.

The Dracthyr Evoker will also receive their own set of Covenant Abilities and Legendary Power. They will not be anything creative as they will only provide stats boosts, akin to Demon Hunter Hellfire Citadel Tier Sets in Warlords of Draenor.

NEW PLAYABLE RACE AND CLASS: Phase Two introduces the next new race and next new class

Dracthyr Evokers can fight from mid-range with claws and fiery breath attacks (Devastation) or draw upon the life-giving magic of renewal to bolster their allies (Preservation). They also bring something unique to the game as they have Empowered Abilities where they can empower their draconic abilities through magic. Charge up your attacks and unleash them at the right moment to maximize their effects.

This new race and class combination will start off in the zone of the Forbidden Reach.

Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr

As a part of Phase Two, players will get to return to one of the game's oldest dungeons, Uldaman.

Uldaman: Legacy of Tyr has five bosses and its initial part is exactly the same as many of the other instances in the Uldaman dungeon. The dungeon will drop item level 250 gear and will include all kinds of armor and weapons.

Primal Storms Event

Like any other pre-patch, players will get to experience an event, for Dragonflight's pre-patch, during its phase two, the Primal Storms event will occur.

During the event, hordes of Primalist mobs will invade specific zones across Azeroth. They will spawn in certain areas that will be marked on the minimap, similar to other past pre-patch events, with a mini-event occurring approximately every 30 minutes. In addition, an Elemental Lord will spawn during this mini-event and it, alongside other mobs nearby, will become imbued with the invading element, subsequently dropping the event's currency, Primeval Essence.

The Primeval Essences will be the currency of this event and these can be used for several rewards such as catch-up gear, a toy, heirlooms, and more.
