The latest Sony investor call has shed light on the prospective price of the PS5, highlighting that affordability has been the major focus of the design process.
However, it has not been made clear what games will be featuring on the next-gen console.
This piece covers all confirmed games that will be available to play on the PS5 when it releases in the holiday period, 2020.
Electronic Arts
On October 30th, Electronic Arts confirmed that Battlefield 6 will appear on Sony’s next-gen console, but only when a strong player base has been established - which, judging by Son;y track record should be on launch day.
Sony
Though no new video games have been confirmed at this point, Sony pointed out that the next-gen console will be backwards compatible, meaning you can play PS4 games on the new system.
The next-gen console will also support PSVR.

According to Wired, the developer Bluepoint Games, who worked on the Shadow of the Colossus Remake, confirmed that they are "working on a big one right now".
This points towards a launch game when the PlayStation 5 releases next year.
Ubisoft
On October 31st, Ubisoft announced that many of its upcoming titles that were delayed to 2020 will be cross-generation games, and appear on both PS4 and Xbox One, as well as the PS5 and Xbox Project Scarlett.

Bethesda
Considering Bethesda's Todd Howard's comments on Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 at E3 2018, it's likely both games will be appearing on PS5.
Square Enix
A project listed by The First Development Division promises a “'next-generation action game experience that takes a step forward from the existing action game framework."

The untitled game is allegedly being worked on by an international team experienced in AAA game development in Japan.
