Will There Be Early Access in NBA 2K23?
This year there won't be any NBA 2K23 early access options (including pre order rewards).
Further, the universal NBA 2K23 release time should mean that changing your console's region will not give you a way in early, so the ever-popular New Zealand trick appears to not be effective this year.
