FIFA 23 ratings season is almost here, with some of the biggest stars in the world set to have their overalls revealed by EA Sports.
With that in mind - and with a recent swarth of leaks changing the tide - we want to take a look at five confirmed downgrades arriving in this year's game.
FIFA 23 Confirmed Downgrades
A recent blunder by EA Sports saw a number of ratings leak out for the new game, with some major downgrades confirmed.
Whether you're a long-time star or a recent hero, clearly no one is safe from EA's ratings axe.
Below are just some of the players confirmed to have taken a big hit.
Cristiano Ronaldo
Cristiano Ronaldo will boast his worst ever FIFA card in FIFA 23, with a horrendous card leaked for the Man United star.
Ronaldo may have been off the pace at times last season but he was still United's top player, but that hasn't stopped EA from taking a swipe at the Portugal captain.
Ronaldo will have 81 pace in FIFA 23 as well, meaning his card could become immediate fodder in this year's game.
Neymar
Another downgrade for a certified star, Neymar will drop in FIFA from a 91 OVR to an 89.
The downgrade comes after a lacklustre season in Paris for the Brazilian, and this downgrade is set to be the latest blow.
With Mbappe and Messi eclipsing him, Neymar is back in the shadow of his successful peers.
Sergio Ramos
Former Real Madrid superstar Sergio Ramos is one of the biggest stars in the world, but that hasn't stopped EA from significantly downgrading the Spaniard ahead of FIFA 23.
Ramos will receive a hefty -4 downgrade this year, with the multi-time Champions League winner being given an 84 OVR in FIFA this year.
Whilst Ramos is getting older and his best years are certainly behind him, this downgrade certainly does seem a little harsh.
Marcus Rashford
There's no doubting that Marcus Rashford is a true role model off the pitch, but his on-pitch performances have certainly left a lot to be desired.
With the Manchester United star turning in a terrible year last season, there's no surprise that the former hotshot has been downgraded by 3 overall ratings in FIFA 23.
Rashford is now on par with some of the Premier League's most average wingers and he's now been eclipsed in ratings by upcoming English stars like Bukayo Saka.
Harry Kane
The rating drop that baffles us the most arrives for Harry Kane, with the England striker dropping out of the 90 club for the first time in years.
Kane may not have cracked 20 goals last season, but he was still one of the best players in the Premier League.
He was wantaway last summer, and we think Kane could be running in the same direction once he sees his FIFA 23 rating.
